Swansea boss Garry Monk says his side made "too many mistakes" during their 3-1 defeat at Southampton.

Virgil van Dijk's first-half header put the Saints ahead going into the break, before goals from Dusan Tadic and Sadio Mane sealed the victory.

Gylfi Sigurdsson scored a penalty in the 83rd minute to pull one back for the visitors, who are now without a win in three league games.
