Your votes are in!

As we do before every match here at Bitter and Blue, we give the fans an opportunity to participate in a contest and choose their lineup for the next Manchester City game. We’ve done the same for Tuesday’s Champions League group stage match against Serie A leaders Napoli, and you don’t want Pep Guardiola to make any changes.

You have overwhelmingly chosen the same team that started against Chelsea and Stoke City, which makes sense given those were some of the best performances we’ve ever seen from Manchester City. Pep usually makes changes from game to game, but with the team playing so well with this specific formation and personnel, it’s safe to assume he’ll select the same XI from the last two matches.

The only player who came close to making your lineup was Sergio Agüero, but the Argentine striker just missed out and you want the same front three of Raheem Sterling, Leroy Sané and Gabriel Jesus against Napoli.

As always, thank you so much for your votes!

Bitter and Blue XI (4-3-3):

Éderson; Walker, Stones, Otamendi, Delph; De Bruyne, Fernandinho, Silva; Sterling, Jesus, Sané
