On Saturday night at Stamford Bridge, Manchester City made a statement to the Premier League with a sublime performance against the reigning champions at their home. City dominated Chelsea from start to finish, and a 1-0 scoreline is simply unfair. But a win is a win, and the result doesn’t matter when the performance is so clearly amazing.

City fans are obviously happy with the win, and your happiness is reflected in your player ratings. Your vote for Man of the Match is overwhelming, but the votes for each individual player shows just how good the entire team was. As always, thank you so much for your votes!

Man of the Match: Kevin De Bruyne (81%)

When 81% of you think alike, I won’t argue with your choice. Even though the entire team was sensational and Pep Guardiola was a huge reason why City won this game, it was De Bruyne who scored a superb goal to win the match and pulled the strings in midfield once again. Kevin is be the best player in the Premier League right now, and he’s been MOTM basically every game. Hard to say you’re wrong.
