Manchester City vs. Wolverhampton, League Cup: Choose the Lineup

Following the weekend win against Burnley, Manchester City are right back in action on Tuesday night with a League Cup match against Wolverhampton at the Etihad. As always, we will NOT call this the Carabao Cup.

After drawing Premier League teams away from home for about 18 years, City finally get a good Cup draw. Although Wolves are the best team in the Championship this season, playing wonderful football and scoring lots of goals, they’re a Championship side going to the Etihad and that should make City heavy favorites, even with a weakened lineup. Pep Guardiola will probably make a lot of changes, and it’s hard to know what he’s thinking.
