Guillem Balague of Sky Sports gives us more details, and potential positive news for City fans: the Blues are close to a deal for £55 million plus £5 million in performance bonuses, but Arsenal are hoping to complete the transfer of Monaco winger Thomas Lemar before they allow Alexis to move to the Etihad.
