Harry Kane has as many Premier League goals as Carlos Tevez and Cristiano Ronaldo

World class? World class.

Harry Kane’s brace today for Tottenham Hotspur against Huddersfield Town has put him up to 84 career Premier League goals, a staggering number considering he’s only 24 years old. He’s also now in some elite Premier League goal scoring company.

Think about that for a second. Kane as old now as Ronaldo was when he moved to Real Madrid from Manchester United, and he’s now equalled his total Premier League goal output. And he’s done it in three seasons!

With 84 goals, Kane is now four goals away from tying Glenn Hoddle’s league goal tally of 88, and is within striking distance of Jermain Defoe (91), Robbie Keane (91), and Alan Gilzean (93). Anyone think he won’t reach those numbers? Didn’t think so.

Harry is now Tottenham’s 14th all-time highest goal scorer with 110 goals in 172 total appearances. He’s also now tied with Sergio Aguero, Alvaro Morata, and Romelu Lukaku with six Premier League goals this season. He has scored 11 goals in all competitions, and all of them coming in the month of September.

And one more stat for you — if my math is correct, Harry Kane has now tied Glenn Hoddle with 110 total goals for Tottenham Hotspur... and he did it in 319 fewer matches.

Not too shabby for a one-season wonder, right?
