The Gunners are long-time admirers of the Spanish international, who has won a whole host of honours in a glittering career for club and country, and who is also seemingly on Liverpool’s and Manchester United’s agenda this January.

Pedro has found first-team opportunities rather more limited under new manager Luis Enrique, and is now thought to be considering a move away from the Nou Camp if offers come in for him this winter.

This seems to have alerted Arsenal, who could be in the market for new attacking players this season after injuries to the likes of Theo Walcott and Mesut Ozil throughout the campaign so far.

Pedro would no doubt fit in well at the Emirates Stadium and provide a new goal threat upfront, and he may be tempted to play alongside his old team-mate Alexis Sanchez again after the Chilean also swapped Barca for north London this summer.
