Mourinho will head back to Portugal tonight, as the Blues take on Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League this evening (7:45pm).

The Portuguese tactician was touted as a possible successor to David Moyes at Manchester United before they brought in Louis Van Gaal.

Mourinho's Blues are flying in the Premier League, however he has failed to rule out managing a rival club one day.

"If it had to be, yes. My priority will always be Chelsea and I never think about the interest of others," Mourinho said.

"But I know football and know I won’t be here five, eight, ten years if I don’t manage to win. Of course not.

"That’s not my essence as a coach, because I don’t like to live in those comfort zones. It doesn’t fit my personality."

Mourinho's side go into their meeting with Sporting off the back of a 3-0 win over Aston Villa at the weekend.
