London teams have it TOUGHER than northern counterparts claims Jose Mourinho
CHELSEA boss Jose Mourinho claims London teams have it tougher than their northern counterparts when it comes to derbies.
Manchester City and Manchester United face off this weekend at the Etihad (1:30pm) in a massive derby showdown.
Though London teams throw up a whole host of derbies including Arsenal and Tottenham, Mourinho thinks the northern teams have it much easier.
"I think this is the first time I've played a game against QPR,” said Mourinho.
“In my years here, they were always in the Football League.

The London teams have more difficult times than others, because a derby is always a derby
“London is a special place with derbies. You play eight or 10 derbies – sometimes Fulham, Charlton, plus the traditionals - West Ham, Arsenal, Tottenham.
"That makes it unique. That makes the London teams have more difficult times than others, because a derby is always a derby.”
Chelsea could open up a seven-point gap at the top of the table with victory tomorrow.
