Everton boss Koeman wants three more signings: Giroud and Sigurdsson among them

EVERTON manager Ronald Koeman wants three more signings including Olivier Giroud and Gylfi Sigurdsson, according to reports.

Giroud scores stunning goal for France against Sweden

Everton have already had a busy transfer window with Koeman already spending over £100million on new recruits.

They acted quickly to sign the likes of Michael Keane and Jordan Pickford from Burnley and Sunderland respectively.

And Koeman also managed to secure the return of Wayne Rooney, who left Manchester United after a 13-year spell at Old Trafford.

However, despite also adding Davy Klaassen, Cuco Martina, Henry Onyekuru and Samdri Ramirez to their ranks, it appears Everton are set to splash yet more cash.

Arsenal star Olivier Giroud is still wanted by Everton

And the Guardian claim three more players could make the move to Merseyside.

Among them is Arsenal star Olivier Giroud, whose future at the Emirates is uncertain.

The France international spent much of last season stuck behind Alexis Sanchez in the pecking order and the arrival of compatriot Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon suggests minutes will be even harder to come by next season.

Sigurdsson, meanwhile, is also tickling their fancy.

Express Sport understands the Toffees are willing to pay a huge £45million to sign the ex-Tottenham star, who played a key role in helping Swansea consolidate their top flight status last term.

The Guardian add Koeman also has his sights set on a defender.

The Dutchman wants cover for the crocked Funes Mori, who is expected to miss the next six to nine months with a serious knee injury sustained earlier this month.
