But with Nemanja Matic arriving from Chelsea yesterday, and Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic on Jose Mourinho's radar, they won't make an offer this summer.

The Manchester Evening News claim United have scouted him at length and have been in touch with his representatives.
But with Matic becoming Mourinho's third summer signing, sources close to Dendoncker believe a deal won't happen during this transfer window.
Mourinho could now make his move in January or wait until the end of the campaign before pursuing him again, but several clubs are thought to be tracking him.

Anderlecht value the midfielder somewhere between £22million and £31m.
Dendoncker has been with Anderlecht since he was a teenager, having come up though their youth ranks that saw him make his first team debut in 2013.
He has since racked up 89 league appearances for the club and won his first Belgian Pro League medal last season.
