Thomas Lemar impressed greatly at Monaco last season

City have already snatched Silva and Mendy from Monaco, who knocked them out of the Champions League last term.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are still looking to strengthen further in attack, with Barca target Philippe Coutinho potentially in need of replacing.

Arsenal will now find it even more challenging to get Lemar to the Emirates with the competition for his signature and strong stance by Monaco.
