Arsenal have been loosely linked with a move for Brozovic this summer but a deal was not thought to be on the cards.
However, reports in Italy claim Inter will seek out suitors of the Croatia international next week.
And Arsenal are the frontrunners to secure a deal.
That is according to Italian TV channel SportItalia, who claim Arsenal are most keen to get a deal in place.
The report claims negotiations could ‘come alive’ next week, with other clubs likely to bid for the player as well.

Arsenal have signed just two players this summer and are in the market for additional recruits.
Yesterday the club sold defender Gabriel to Valencia in a £10million move, while the futures of Olivier Giroud, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jack Wilshere and Alexis Sanchez are all in question with just 13 days of the transfer window remaining.

Lucas Perez is also expected to secure a return to La Liga, with Deportivo La Coruna interested in the forward.
SportItalia claim Inter themselves will likely dip into the market if Brozovic was sold.
