Wayne Rooney and Jose Mourinho just missed a Manchester United reunion outside the Lowry Hotel
Ronald Koeman and his Toffees team were staying at the city centre hotel ahead of yesterday's clash with Manchester City, and were seen boarding a coach to the Etihad.
Former Manchester United players Wayne Rooney and Morgan Schneiderlin were among the squad as they hopped on the bus outside the front of the famous landmark.
Current Red Devils boss Mourinho, who has been staying at the hotel since taking over at Old Trafford, arrived just 60 seconds after the Toffees boarded their transport.
The Portuguese manager is spotted walking past the coach as it prepares to pull out of the car park, with Mourinho then offering a quick fist bump to a member of staff before heading inside.
