JON TORAL is expected to join Hull from Arsenal imminently in a £3million deal.

Toral joined Arsenal in 2014 in a double swoop which took him and Hector Bellerin to the Emirates from Barcelona but he now is surplus to requirements after failing to break into the first-team under Arsene Wenger.

The 22-year-old has been on loan at Brentford, Birmingham, Granada and Rangers with varying levels of success.

And now appears set to make a permanent move away from the club to revitalise his career.

The Hull Daily Mail say Toral's arrival could be announced today which would make him their seventh signing of the summer.

Toral departure would make him the latest player to leave Arsenal after Carl Jenkinson and Cohen Bramall joined Birmingham on loan.

Youngsters Savvas Mourgos and Ismael Bennacer have also left this week to Norwich and Empoli respectively.

And Arsene Wenger has made clear he need to cull his large squad.
