Arsenal transfer news: Alexis Sanchez is out of contract at the end of the season
Sanchez is out of contract at the end of the season and he's yet to put pen to paper on a new deal.
Manchester City have shown an interest in luring him to the Etihad but boss Arsene Wenger has vowed not to sell his star man.
It's a stance Arsenal are likely to maintain until the end of the window - and Gunners legend Winterburn can't see a move happening.
He told Sky Sports' Premier League Daily show: "If Sanchez wants to get a move now, how's he going to react?

"He could say 'okay, i've got to stay another season' and I think you could tell within the first few games when he comes back if he's stil in the right frame of mind.
"He's normally full of energy and if he doesn't deliver, you'd say maybe Arsenal need to get rid of him in January.
"But I don't think that's going to happen.
"Arsenal need Sanchez in the team. They need Sanchez fully focused.
"If you look at last season in terms of goals scored, what he creates, people will say at times he tries to do too much.
"But at the moment, who can deliver more than Sanchez?
"You'll find it very difficult to pick a player out who delivers more.
