Manchester United duo share a lift to training as Red Devils arrive back at Carrington

MANCHESTER UNITED have returned to training following the international break, and a couple of players were keen to save on the petrol as they shared a lift to Carrington.

A pair of Manchester United players decided to share a lift to training at Carrington

Jose Mourinho’s squad reported for duty at their Carrington training base this morning ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash with Stoke (5.30pm).

Several players were spotted arriving at the complex, including one duo who decided to share a lift – although they don’t look too happy about it!

The Red Devils squad have now got another way into the training ground after a back entrance through a nearby farm was resurfaced, although a number of players including David De Gea, Michael Carrick and Henrikh Mkhitaryan still preferred the main gate.

In Mkhitaryan's case, that might be due to the new speed bumps and their impact on his bright red Ferrari...
