Man Utd News: North Korea leader Kim Jong-Un is a fan and wants Premier League domination

MANCHESTER UNITED are one of the world’s biggest clubs. And North Korea leader Kim Jong-Un is reportedly among their HUGE global fanbase.

Kim Jong-un hosts celebration after nuclear test

It’s been a busy time for Kim, with tensions with the US rising and the threat of nuclear war seemingly looming large.

But, like the rest of the world, he appears to like taking his eye off the ball to relax in his down time.

And, in what is probably the most random story you will read today, The Sun say the North Korea leader is a huge United fan.

This information does not come from the man himself. Instead, they are taking the word of eccentric Italian senator Antonio Razzi, who has struck up a close bond with the 33-year-old.

Apparently, however, he does not compare himself to the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Eric Cantona.

“No, Kim is Kim — he is the only one,” Razzi said.

It appears that Kim does, though, have one complaint about the English game.

And it is not about the fact the Red Devils have gone nearly five years since last winning the Premier League title.

Instead, the Korea supremo wants the Premier League to be full of people from his country.

Setting the standard is Han Jwang-Son, who has blossomed at Perugia in Serie B this season.

So expect Kim to be tuning in to the Red Devils’ Champions League clash tonight.

Manchester United face Swiss side FC Basel and are aiming to fare better in the competition than they did under Louis van Gaal two years ago.
