FIFA 18: Harry Kane’s stunning rise at Tottenham detailed on new game

HARRY KANE has rocketed up the FIFA 18 rankings after taking the Premier League by storm.

Footballers read out their FIFA 18 player ratings

The Spurs and England first choice striker has won the Golden Boot in the past two seasons.

And he’s come a long way from the days of being loaned out to Millwall and Leyton Orient.

Kane, 24, has been rewarded for his fine displays by EA Sports as well, with his latest FIFA 18 card up there with the world’s best players.

From a silver card and an overall rating of 68, Walthamstow-born Kane has shot up by 18, now boasting a gold card and a rating of 86.

The 24-year-old has some awesome attribute numbers this season, with an 82 shooting, 83 physical and 79 dribbling.

Harry Kane's meteoric rise has been reflected in his new FIFA ratings

These numbers, combined with his aerial prowess and lethal finishing put him almost alongside Ronaldo and Lionel Messi as the hottest players in the game.

In stark contrast, his FIFA 15 numbers look hilarious in retrospect, which show how far he has come.

While Kane’s pace has remained static, his 69 shooting, 64 physical and 69 dribbling stats showcase how lowly he was rated.

Meanwhile, former Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood believes Harry Kane will leave the club if they fail to win a major trophy this season.

"There's only so much loyalty someone can show," Sherwood told The Debate on Sky Sports.

Three memorable England goals scored by Harry Kane

"Tottenham have been a great club for Harry and he's been paying them back tenfold.

“He's been outstanding over the last couple of seasons, he grew up a stone's throw from the ground and the kid loves the club.

"But that only lasts a certain amount of time.

“Then he starts seeing the pound signs and sees the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid or - dare I say it - Manchester United - and then your head gets turned.”
