Mark Lawrenson backs Manchester United to dominate Southampton at St Mary's
Manchester United sit joint-top of the Premier League table with cross-town rivals Manchester City.
Jose Mourinho’s side have won four of their opening five games, only dropping points in the 2-2 draw at Stoke earlier this month.
Southampton will be desperate to add to their 1-0 victory away to Crystal Palace last time out, which lifted them to eighth in the standings.
But Lawrenson is confident United will ease to three points at St Mary’s this weekend.

He told the BBC: “Quietly and - in terms of the number of goals they have scored - unspectacularly, Southampton are doing alright, with two wins and two draws from their first five games.
“Saints do not give much away but it is hard to keep this Manchester United side quiet.
“I am expecting United to dominate this game and create lots of chances.
“Eventually they will find a way through. Manchester United to win 2-0.”
