Chelsea vs Man City line up confirmed: Moses dropped, Fabregas starts, Sane in for Aguero

Chelsea have made three changes from last weekend's 4-0 win over Stoke, with Eden Hazard, Gary Cahill and Cesc Fabregas coming into the XI.

Victor Moses, Pedro and Willian drop down to the bench.

City make two enforced changes with injured duo Benjamin Mendy and Sergio Aguero missing out this week. 

Fabian Delph and Gabriel Jesus come into the side having featured in City's midweek Champions League win against Shakhtar Donetsk.
