Arsenal news: Julian Draxler Instagram post sends fans into transfer frenzy

Julian Draxler has long been linked with a move to Arsenal and he has done little to dampen speculation.

Gunners supporters were delighted to see the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder post a photo of a Sead Kolasinac jersey on his Instagram story this week.

The Germany international shared his former Schalke team-mate’s shirt and tagged Kolasinac along with a heart emoji.

And many Arsenal fans think this is a sign he could be on his way to the Emirates in January.

“Draxler would fit in perfectly at Arsenal, hope it happens in January. Be deadly,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

“Ah agent tank, Draxler to Arsenal confirmed, I love this game,” another wrote.

“Kolasinac and Draxler reunion needed at Arsenal,” a third supporter wrote.

Another added: “I seriously think Draxler will come to Arsenal while Sanchez will go to PSG.”

Draxler is out of favour at PSG and has started just four Ligue 1 games all season.

He has made eight appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal and providing two assists.

He is under contract at the Parc des Princes until June 2021.
