ARSENAL star Hector Bellerin is reportedly wanted by La Liga and Champions League holders Real Madrid.

Arsenal defender Bellerin was heavily linked with a move to Barcelona over the summer, with many expecting the youngster to depart.

However, Ernesto Valverde’s side instead opted to sign Nelson Semedo from Benfica instead, with Arsenal pricing the Catalan giants out of a move.

But Spanish outlet Don Balon say that Bellerin is now tickling the fancy of Florentino Perez over at Real Madrid.

Los Blancos could be forced to sign a new right-back with Dani Carvajal out for the long term with a heart condition.

Zinedine Zidane’s side need reinforcements at the back with Barcelona currently the team to beat over in La Liga.

And Don Balon say Bellerin is now a serious target.

The defender could leave Arsenal, particularly with the Gunners struggling to find their best form under Arsene Wenger once again.

And, despite his Barcelona links, he could find the prospect of moving to the Bernabeu too tough to turn down.

Arsenal News: Real Madrid are keen on signing Hector Bellerin

Bellerin is a product of Barca’s famous La Masia academy.

However, after failing to make the cut over in Catalonia, he left for Arsenal in 2011.

Madrid could land the 22-year-old for just £35million.

But whether or not Arsenal will sit down and do business in January remains to be seen.
