West Ham news: Hammers want David Wagner to replace Slaven Bilic
WEST HAM UNITED want Huddersfield Town boss David Wagner to replace Slaven Bilic who is battling to save himself from the sack.
David Wagner has been eyed up as Slaven Bilic's replacement at West Ham
Bilic, who is in the final year of his deal is on the brink after Friday night’s 3-0 defeat to Brighton at the London Stadium left them facing a relegation battle.
And defeats to either Tottenham Hotspur in the Carabao Cup and Crystal Palace in Premier League in the next week could seal his fate and force The Hammers to pull the trigger.
Wagner is The Hammers first choice to replace Bilic while Manuel Pellegrini who is also a target for Leicester City is also on their list if the German opts to stay in Yorkshire.
