Jurgen Klopp is furious with Dejan Lovren while Bernardo Silva faces a diving ban

Jurgen Klopp has hammered Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren after an awful performance during the Reds’ 4-1 defeat to Tottenham yesterday.

Lovren was substituted after just 31 minutes at Wembley, having been at fault for both of Spurs’ opening two goals.

The Sun lead on Klopp’s claim that he would have defended better than his centre-back, even if he was wearing a pair of trainers.

Meanwhile, pressure is mounting on manager Ronald Koeman following the Toffees’ 5-2 loss to Arsenal.

The Dutchman is clinging on to his job at Goodison Park after spending big in the summer, with Everton bottom of their Europa League group and struggling in 16th domestically.
