Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante remains out with a hamstring injury despite talk he might start the game.

Danny Drinkwater is back and makes the subs bench following a calf problem, while Victor Moses remains out.

Roma have a number of injury problems, including injuries to forwards Patrik Schick and Gregoire Defrel.

They are also without defenders Bruno Peres and Rick Karsdorp.
