Chelsea forward Alvaro Morata wants to continue his whistle-stop tour of the best London has to offer... by visiting Nando's.

The Spain striker moved to the Premier League from Real Madrid in a money-spinning summer deal worth £70.6million.

He recently clarified his claim that he 'didn't see himself staying in London very long as the city is too big and stressful', by insisting he would look to return to Spain only after hanging up his boots.

Since joining the Premier League, Morata has visited a number of London's famous landmarks with his wife Alice. And he hopes to continue to immerse himself in life in the capital by visiting the nation's favourite chicken restaurant.

'The lads keep talking about Nando's,' the Spain international told FourFourTwo, 'so we are going to check it out and see what all the fuss is about.

'There are a lot of places I want to visit in London. We've wandered around the shops and even hired some bikes to go around Hyde Park. It was really relaxing and very pretty. Maybe next time we'll look at Buckingham Palace and the royal family.

'The weather isn't that bad. You just need a coat wherever you go... and occasionally sun cream!'

Morata made a fine start to life in England, netting six goals in his first seven Premier League appearances.

But he has gone over a month without scoring, after suffering a hamstring injury against Manchester City on September 30.
