Eden Hazard and Co train in Ukraine as Chelsea prepare for Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev

Chelsea's stars have been training in Kiev on Monday as Jose Mourinho's side aim to get their Champions League campaign back on track.

The Blues face Dynamo Kiev in their third Group G game on Tuesday night, and John Terry, Cesc Fabregas and Co were among those in action as they stepped up their preparations.

Some of those absent from the session included attacking pair Loic Remy and Pedro, who were left in London to recover from minor injuries.

It could pave the way for Eden Hazard to return to the starting line-up, having been dropped for Saturday's 2-0 victory over Aston Villa.

Although Mourinho refused to say whether Hazard will return to Chelsea's starting line-up for Tuesday night's Champions League Group G clash at Dynamo Kiev.

'If he plays tomorrow (Tuesday) I don't tell you. The players don't know,' Mourinho said.

The Portuguese was critical of Hazard during his first season back at Stamford Bridge and the desired response followed, with the forward compared favourably with Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi when winning individual footballer of the year awards last season.

'I didn't say he had a better season than Ronaldo,' Mourinho said.

'Last season he won one of the most important titles in football, which is the Premier League, and (he was) absolutely decisive for Chelsea. Last season he had a phenomenal season.'

It's been three weeks since Chelsea were beaten by Mourinho's former club Porto in their most recent group game, and defeat in Kiev will leave the Blues in real trouble of failing to make it to the last 16.

They did however lose for the first time in 38 league games against Shakhtar Donetsk last Friday, and boss Sergei Rebrov is hoping for an instant response from his side.

'We are all upset,' Rebrov said. 'We must forget this terrible match and start getting ready for the game against Chelsea.'
