Manchester United's players arrived for training at Carrington in an assortment of luxury cars. 

But one man stuck out like a sore thumb amongst the subtle grey and silver tones of various Mercedes and Audis.

Matteo Darmian rolled up in a bright red Jeep to the AON training complex, no doubt turning plenty of heads en route.

Some of Jose Mourinho's squad were environmentally conscious enough to offer a team-mate a lift.


David de Gea drove fellow Spaniard Juan Mata in his silver Mercedes whilst Marouane Fellaini was given a ride by his brother Mansour. 

The United squad will be in a buoyant mood following on from their opening victory against West Ham. 

Mourinho's swashbuckling side looked imperious in their 4-0 demolition of the Hammers and will have a spring in their step heading into this weekend's clash with Swansea.
