West Bromwich Albion have rejected a £23million offer from Leicester for captain Jonny Evans.
The 29-year-old remains a target for Manchester City and Arsenal.
Albion want at least £30million for Evans, who has a hamstring injury at the moment. Leicester had a £12m bid rejected earlier in the summer.
West Brom have rejected a second bid from Leicester, worth £23m, for defender Jonny Evans
The Northern Ireland international missed the Baggies' 1-1 draw with Stoke on Sunday, when a defensive mix-up between Ahmed Hegazi and Ben Foster gifted Mark Hughes' side a point at The Hawthorns.
Evans has made 65 appearances for West Brom since joining from Manchester United back in the summer of 2015.
But he could be on the verge of a move to their rivals, with Pep Guardiola keen to sign the 29-year-old to bolster his defensive options.
As reported by Sportsmail on Sunday, Baggies boss Tony Pulis wants City outcast Eliaquim Mangala as part of any deal that takes Evans to the Etihad Stadium.
