Joshua King has signed a new four-year deal at Bournemouth, keeping him at the south-coast club until 2021.
The striker was the club's top goal scorer last season, with 16 goals, and had been touted for a move away from the Vitality Stadium.
But the Norwegian has dedicated his future to the club saying he always intended to stay.

'There was a lot of talk during the summer but I always made it clear I wanted to stay here,' said King.
'AFC Bournemouth is a great club that is always looking to improve, the manager has been brilliant with me and we have a fantastic squad.
'The future here is bright and I'm really happy that I will be a part of that.'

Everton, who are still on the hunt for another striker, were one of the clubs supposedly interested in acquiring the forward's services but Bournemouth were always keen to hold on to their man.
Cherries' chief executive Neill Blake added: 'Joshua is the fifth player we have tied down to a new deal this summer and, combined with our four new signings, we can all be excited about the direction this club is heading in.'
