Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish has responded to fans after receiving criticism on social media following the club's 1-0 defeat to Burnley on Sunday.
The loss at Turf Moor was Palace's fourth in four league matches under new manager Frank de Boer, whose side have also failed to score a goal.
Parish was clearly irritated by the tweets posted in his direction, particularly one in which a Palace supporter referred to him as an 'ignorant tosser'.

'Not sure what I've done that qualifies me as an ignorant tosser but thank you for your observations,' he responded sarcastically.
But the back and forth was only just beginning as the Eagles chairman decided it was time to answer the critics.
'We've spent £70m since January and sold one player for £2m plus spent another £10m on loan players,' he added defending the club's transfer dealings.
'We are four games in, it's a terrible start but we have to stick together,' he told one fan with a more positive outlook.
'People are frustrated, I'm frustrated and so are the management and players,' he continued. 'We know we are better than this.'
'I think I'm defending everyone at the club who's working their arse off to turn this round. Football teams lose games it happens.'
Ending the Q&A, the 51-year-old attempted to remain positive: 'Anyway so much for not answering people when we lose. Tough spot this. Looking forward to turning it round Saturday. Up The Palace!'
The Eagles host Southampton at Selhurst Park in the next round of Premier League fixtures.
