Arsenal are checking on Le Havre defender Harold Moukoudi.

The 19-year-old centre back has been capped by France at U18 level and is tipped to become the latest star to emerge from the club's academy following on from the likes of Paul Pogba and Dimitri Payet.

Moukoudi, who has made nine appearances this season for the French second division side, is 6ft 3ins tall, powerful and composed on the ball.

Le Havre are aware of Premier League interest and are willing to sell in January on condition he can be loaned back to help them gain promotion into the top flight.
