- If Alli received a ban he'd miss England's two upcoming World Cup qualifiers
Dele Alli will be included in the England squad despite the prospect of missing both forthcoming World Cup qualifiers through suspension.
The Tottenham midfielder's FIFA hearing for his controversial one-fingered gesture takes place on Thursday and could result in the England star being handed an international ban.
The Football Association are hopeful of discovering Alli's fate on Thursday, though any punishment may not become clear for another 48 hours.

He insisted it was a joke aimed at Kyle Walker, not the ref who was between the team-mates
If the 21-year-old is banned for two games he would be ineligible for next week's against Slovenia and Lithuania.
A three-game suspension would also rule the former MK Dons man out of the start of next summer's World Cup campaign.
Nevertheless, manager Gareth Southgate will on Thursday name Alli in his squad.
Even if Alli cannot play next week, Southgate wants to keep the Spurs man integrated in his squad given his status as one of England's key players.

Alli's selection may also indicate the FA are confident of having their influential attacker available for at least one of next week's matches.
Alli insists his gesture was aimed at team-mate Kyle Walker and not referee Clement Turpin and Wembley chiefs have sent evidence they believe backs up the player's defence to FIFA.
However, world football's governing body could still ban Alli because the obscene salute is not in keeping with the spirit of the game.
It remains to be seen if injured Danny Welbeck (pictured) and Nathaniel Chalobah are replaced
Southgate will name a 23-man squad with up to three extra players in case of withdrawals.
The England boss named five back-up players for the two previous games against Malta and Slovakia.
Fit-again Jordan Pickford or Fraser Forster will take injured third-choice keeper Tom Heaton's place, though it remains to be seen whether Southgate replaces injured duo Danny Welbeck and Nathaniel Chalobah.
