Playing on their training ground near Enfield, Spurs stormed into a two-goal lead inside 10 minutes thanks to strikes from Shayon Harrison and Samuel Shashoua.
But the young Gunners fought back before half-time in the Premier League 2 fixture with 16-year-old Tyreece John-Jules halving the deficit and Charlie Gilmour blasting home a penalty.

However, with first-team manager Mauricio Pochettino watching intently from the sidelines, England under-20 international Marcus Edwards scored from the 12 yards to lift Spurs out of the relegation zone.
Spurs flew out of the blocks and led after only 10 minutes when Edwards found Harrison, who controlled well and fired home off the post.
And things would get better for the hosts almost immediately when Shashoua seized upon a loose ball inside the Arsenal box following a mistake to fire home.
Arsenal recovered their composure well, however, and equalised on the quarter-hour when John-Jules tucked home from a corner after Gilmour had struck the crossbar seconds earlier.

And they were level by the 24th minute, with Japhet Tanganga adjudged to have handled as he headed the ball down inside the box and Gilmour making no mistake.
The two sides traded chances in an end-to-end game, with John-Jules denied by a Christian Maghoma block and Harrison curling a shot just off target.
Arsenal might have completed their comeback early in the second-half but Spurs keeper Alfie Whiteman denied John-Jules and Tanganga then dived in to block Folarin Balogun's shot towards the empty net.
But the decisive moment came on the hour mark, when Kaziah Sterling was tripped by Joseph Olowu inside the area and Edwards converted the spot-kick.
Arsenal exerted late pressure in search for an equaliser but Spurs might have added a fourth when Oliver Skipp broke clear, only for Tolaji Bola to slide in to thwart him.
It meant Arsenal remain third in the standings and missed the chance to close the gap on leaders Everton.
