Saido Berahino and future wife Stephania Christoforou celebrated their engagement on Sunday night as the couple threw a party.

The Stoke striker is going through a tough time on the pitch and has not scored since February 2016 - 33 games ago - but he seemed happy and relaxed as he sang for his fiancee at the event, which was attended by the couple's nearest and dearest.

Berahino shared the video of his musical performance, along with two photos of himself and his partner on Instagram.

During the party, which Berahino documented on Instagram, the footballer sang for his fiancee

Stephania, who is the managing director of a Birmingham bar, danced as her man performed

Berahino, 24, seemed very in love with Stephania, writing '#alwaysandforever' on Instagram

Stephania wore a satisfied grin as she hit the dancefloor next to her future husband

He accompanied the pictures with the words: 'Our special engagement party!! I want to thank our family and friends for celebrating with us last night #alwaysandforever'.

Former England Under 21 star Berahino also posted a video of his bride-to-be walking down a staircase in a dress that showed off her endless legs.

As Stephania made her way down the stairs, her man - wearing a bow tie and spectacles - was heard saying: 'Wow! So stunning. Nice and slow.'

Cypriot Stephania is a minor celebrity in her own right.

She is well-known among Birmingham nightlife circles and is the managing director of upmarket drinkery Nuvo Bar, where footballers and fashion designers are among the famous clientele.

Berahino has only started two Premier League games this season, making a further three appearances off the bench.

Next up for the 24-year-old and his Potters team-mates is a trip to Watford on Saturday.
