Ashley Young was told to 'retire with a zimmer frame' by Dele Alli during Manchester United's victory over Tottenham, according to reports.
Alli and Young were involved in a heated confrontation at Old Trafford on Saturday, where Anthony Martial's late goal helped United to a 1-0 win.
The Manchester Evening News has claimed that the incident was sparked by Alli's remark to his opponent, which came in the 30th minute of the clash after Young had gone down holding his face following a clash with Serge Aurier.

Young, 32, did not back down and, according to the MEN, responded by telling Alli: 'Let me know when you win the Prem.'
United midfielder Young won the Premier League title with the Red Devils in 2013.
The verbals are said to have continued in the tunnel at half-time, while Young posted a snide tweet after the game.
'Great Team Spirit. Very Good Result. Talk is Cheap,' it read.

Former United defender Gary Neville believed Young was trying to get a rise out of Alli, who is known to have a relatively short temper.
'Ashley Young knows exactly what he is doing and there might have been a time when Dele Alli would have reacted and thrown his head forward, but he hasn't,' Neville said on commentary for Sky Sports.
'His [Alli's] heart would have been saying "I want to break your nose," his head would have been saying, "don't lose the game for my team".'
