Ryan Giggs is set for a role as a youth academy director in Vietnam, involving biannual trips to Asia.
The Manchester United legend has agreed to oversee the building of a grassroots development and will be joined by former team-mate Paul Scholes.
Giggs is expected to head over to Vietnam with Scholes for the opening of the Promotion Fund of Vietnamese Football Talents FC (PVF) later this month.

Former United director Mike Farnan is involved in the project, funded by Vingroup, with Giggs pencilled to help over two years.
Sportsmail understands the 43-year-old has been asked to offer guidance on logistics - from nutrition to infrastructure - as PVF hopes to begin producing quality young players.

The PVF's website claimed Giggs 'will be responsible for coaching players, training coaches and participating in building and developing PVF to become the leading youth football training centre in Vietnam, in line with the famous football academies across the world'.
It is believed Gary Neville's expertise could also be called upon but discussions are still ongoing as to the nature of the arrangement.
