Manchester United are in line to be selected for the FA Cup’s televised matches for the 59th time in succession this week.

Broadcasters BT Sport and BBC are deciding which matches to show live after several excitable third-round ties were pulled out of the hat, including Liverpool v Everton.

A 0-0 draw with Exeter in January 2005 was the last time a United FA Cup tie was not shown live on TV, with the replay in Devon starting their run.
