You’d imagine Watford-Southampton is pretty much an old-school ‘next goal wins’ contest from here.

Saints lead but they have been pinned back by Watford throughout the second half and substitute Troy Deeney is pulling the strings.

On the counter, Shane Long and Dusan Tadic look a threat, but there’s not enough around them as it stands.

That's a hammer blow for Leicester, who were more than holding their own at Stamford Bridge.

But another clumsy challenge from Ben Chilwell on Victor Moses see him earn his second yellow of the afternoon.

It takes a deflection and finds Joselu, who has just been brought on. He picks his head up and finishes calmly.

Heartbreaking equaliser for Swansea... but probably deserved.

NUFC haven't come from behind to win at home in the PL since Alan Pardew was manager.

One thing I don't like about Zaha... he just pulled off some more of his usual skills then played a poor pass. It gifted possession to Burnley in an attacking area.

Palace survived and Zaha proceeds to go mad at his team-mate... even though it was his own fault. 

This is astonishing counter attacking by West Ham. So quick, so powerful, so incisive. Huddersfield with no answer, David Moyes with arms in the air. 

Leicester will be so annoyed with themselves if they don't claim a victory here. They have outplayed Chelsea in every department, to the extent Antonio Conte has just removed his two best playmakers in Cesc Fabregas and Eden Hazard. Willian and Pedro on.

Feels like a decision we may hear more about if this goes wrong - or indeed right - for Conte. 

Nathan Dyer sends a cross and Ayew, amazingly, finds himself unmarked on the six-yard line.

David Moyes prides himself on coaching his players defensively, so he would have been appalled that Obiang and Cresswell backed off and let Lolley shoot to equalise

Shane Long sprints down the right-hand side and squares it back to Tadic in the box, who unselfishly lays it off to Ward-Prowse.

The midifelder then, once more, picks his spot and expertly slots once more.

Tom Ince starts it on the half-way line, who feeds Smith and then Mooy.

Lolley then cuts into the box and sends a lovely strike across Joe Hart's goal as it curls into the far corner off the left foot.

A bizarre situation, considering it originally seemed Ben Watson was coming off — and Cleverley didn’t appear to be carrying an injury.

A massive shout for handball, this time from Swansea as Mo Diame appears to raise a hand before the ball strikes him on the arm as it's heading towards goal.

Gayle then, just moments later, gets the ball in the net for the Magpies... but it is correctly adjudged offside.

For a team without a win in their last nine, Southampton look full of confidence following James Ward-Prowse’s opener here.

In their latest show of cockiness, Wesley Hoedt has tried to dink a chip over Heurelho Gomes from fully 35 yards — tipped away by the Watford keeper.

Saints are flying, they’ve been impressive since the goal.

A huge penalty shout from the hosts. Jonny Evans lumps in a free kick and it falls to Matty Phillips., who rifles a volley into the box.

A Brighton arm appears to meet the ball but the referee waves it away.

A debatable one, that.

West Brom have played with real energy and purpose and deservedly lead. There have been really good individual performances throughout the team so far, with Matt Phillips, Jay Rodriguez, and Gareth Berry the stand outs. 

Nearly half an hour in and Swansea have shown nothing. Five good chances for Newcastle. Anything less than a home victory from this point would be a chance wasted.

Nothing much of note at St James' Park. Stalemate past the half-way point in the first half.

Superb start to this game by Leicester and I can't recall Antonio Conte's Chelsea enduring a more chastening first 20 minutes to a game. Leicester have torn Chelsea to ribbons and only their own profligacy and Thibaut Courtois' brilliance has kept Claude Puel's side out.

Leicester have been bold and brave, pressing high with Shinji Okazaki, while Jamie Vardy's movement has been outstanding. Okazaki spurned the first chance when he couldn't quite get the right contact on a cross, then Vardy slid wide from a tight angle.

Wilfried Ndidi's header was then magnificently saved by Courtois and Riyad Mahrez has just blasted over at the end of a high-speed counter. Chelsea level but Conte will be concerned here. 

KIERAN GILL AT SELHURST PARK

First shot on target, first goal. Bakary Sako repays Roy Hodgson's faith in him by getting a goal. It went through the legs of James Tarkowski and beat Nick Pope.

Shane Long's cut-back finds James Ward-Prowse in the box and the England international picks his spot and calmly finishes to give the Saints the lead.

When Roy Hodgson was appointed in September, his contracted included a clause that says he will get at least £1million for keeping Crystal Palace in the Premier League. So far, so good.

This game, however, has been rather dull. A nothing penalty claim by Palace is all we've seen so far.

No real chances to speak of here. West Ham very reliant on individualism from Marko Arnautovic. 

Newcastle have started on the front foot and already Dwight Gayle has had two sights at goal.

Both times, however, his headed efforts were wayward. It's positive stuff from the hosts so far.

Kyle Bartley booked for Swansea for pulling back Newcastle's Dwight Gayle.

David Moyes is cutting a frustrated figure as West Ham have spent the early stages on the back foot as Huddersfield keep the ball and probe.

Leicester are getting the better of the opening exchanges at Stamford Bridge.

Gary Cahill and the rest of his defence are being forced to defend well.

Lovely tribute to Graham Taylor at Vicarage Road as fans from all round the ground — including the Southampton end — raised their scarves in tribute pre-match.

It is a year since the death of the Watford legend, who took the club from the old Fourth Division to the old First Division in the space of five years between 1977 and 1982.

But while their supporters have turned up in numbers, David Moyes only has six players named on the subs' bench. 

Alan Pardew has changed things on the training ground this week, including set piece drills and the warm up, in a bid to engender a different result on the pitch.

In the stands, meanwhile, thousands of clappers have been handed out to supporters to create an atmosphere.

It is working so far, with a racket greeting West Brom’s first attack of the game.

I'll be honest with you, have absolutely no idea why Sir Alex Ferguson would want to spend his Saturday afternoon at Huddersfield v West Ham. But here he is.

The mercurial Marko Arnautovic returns to the West Ham starting lineup today after missing their last two games.

He has scored five and assisted one in his last six outings... can he help David Moyes's side against Huddersfield?

Moyes has named just six players on the bench Mark Noble and Manuel Lanzini in the starting lineup — neither of which, he says, are fully fit.

It's as you'd expect on the pitch for Antonio Conte's men, with Alvaro Morata again selected to lead the line.

Possibly the story of this one is David Luiz making the bench. The Brazilian has not made a top-flight appearance since October. Could today be the day?

Swansea make seven changes from FA Cup draw at Wolves last weekend with Oliver McBurnie starting in place of Wilfried Bony at St James' Park.

So, Burnley new boy (on loan from Spurs) gets a place on the bench today.

Sam Vokes slots into the starting lineup instead of Scott Arfield for Sean Dyche's men today, which frees up the space on the bench for the Frechman.

Will he get on to make an impact today?
