“Of course Aaron has been out for a long time and has just joined in [training] yesterday (Thursday) but he will be available,” said boss Arsene Wenger.
The Wales star has not featured since suffering a thigh strain at West Ham on Boxing Day.
He has proved a key loss to Wenger, as the 23-year-old started the season in flying form, scoring 13 goals.
Having initially expected only a six-week absence, Ramsey suffered a couple of setbacks.
Raving about Ramsey, Wenger said: "He’s an all-round midfielder who can score goals and drives the team forward always.
“He’s a real box-to-box player so it's good to have him back. That's an area where we are short because we have many midfielders out. We have (Jack) Wilshere out, (Mesut) Ozil out in this area so of course it's good to have him back.
“He has worked very hard for a while in training now. What he lacks is competition.”
Five successive Everton wins have seen them claw to within four points of the Gunners.
A Goodison victory would see them just a point behind, with a game in hand,
“For us it's an opportunity to go up forward and as well an opportunity to make a distance with Everton of course.” added Wenger.
“There are still a lot of twists and turns in the Premier League until the end of the season and there is no clear favourite.
“We have not given up on that (the title), as long as there is a mathematical chance we want to fight.
“It is disappointing to have dropped off the top of course and we have to give absolutely everything to come back into it.
“We have a small percentage to do it, but this small percentage you have to give absolutely everything to make it possible.”
