The Blues claimed their first trophy in the Portuguese manager's second spell in charge with a 2-0 win over Tottenham at Wembley.

Mourinho celebrated with his players on the pitch, sliding along the wet Wembley turf in his suit as his side posed with the trophy.

But he says that was the height of his celebrations, although he did stretch to a glass of champagne with his wife when he got home.

"I did everything that you saw and, after that, nothing," Mourinho said.

"Bus. Home. Dinner at home. Next day training. Yes (a glass of Champagne with my wife). Nothing more than that. Crazy on the pitch."

Mourinho believes his players' celebrations were similarly subdued as they prepare for tomorrow night's game with West Ham.

The Blues hold a five point lead in the title race and have a game in hand on Manchester City and can increase the pressure on the Citizens with victory at Upton Park.

But Mourinho revealed he has given his players two days off after the West Ham clash and has given them permission to celebrate properly.

"Maybe they went out with some family for dinner, but I don't think they did any crazy things because, the next day, I saw them in very good condition," he added.

"They'll have Thursday and Friday off, and I told them those are the best moments if they want to do something that people at their age sometimes like to do.

"But they enjoyed it so much after the game on the pitch and in the dressing room, but even on the bus going back to Stamford Bridge was a normal journey."
