Juan Mata is ready to fight for his place at Manchester United under Jose Mourinho, according to reports.

The former Chelsea boss is set to replace Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford in the coming days.

Mata was sold by Mourinho just six months after he made his return to Stamford Bridge in 2013.

But according to the Daily Mail, the Spaniard wants to resolve his differences with the 53-year-old.
