Manchester United have reportedly retained an interest in Napoli and Poland playmaker Piotr Zielinski.

The 23-year-old linked up with Maurizio Sarri’s side from Udinese 12 months ago before having a hand in 13 goals last season.

And Transfer Market Web claim Jose Mourinho has his eye on Zielinski as he prepares for his second campaign at Old Trafford.

United are not alone in admiring him though, with Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Paris St-Germain keeping tabs on him too.

Meanwhile, United are hoping to raid local rivals City for rising star Jadon Sancho, 17.

That’s according to the Manchester Evening News, who say the Red Devils are working hard to convince him to swap blue for red.

Sancho’s emergence is thought to have seen him targeted by north London duo Arsenal and Tottenham, as well as German side RB Leipzig.

And the fact he’s refused to sign a new deal at the Etihad suggests he’s open to leaving City if the right offer comes along.

Burnley, Crystal Palace, Leicester, Stoke and West Brom are interested in buying Chris Smalling

Finally, a cluster of Premier League clubs are reportedly keen on United centre-back Chris Smalling.

The England international, 27, has spent the past seven years in Manchester but his place is under threat because of Victor Lindelof’s arrival.

Transfer Market Web reckon Midlands trio West Brom, Leicester and Stoke are all interested in securing his services this summer.

Burnley and Crystal Palace, meanwhile, are said to like the look of Smalling too as they gear up for potential battles to avoid the drop.
