At least that’s what Spanish football expert Guillem Balague has claimed as the Barcelona star edges closer to joining Paris St-Germain.

Neymar, 25, has established a reputation as one of the world’s top players during his four year spell at the Nou Camp.

And over the couple of seasons a move to England has been mooted, with United, Chelsea and Manchester City supposedly keen on him.

Balague has now mentioned all three in a string of tweets concerning Neymar’s imminent world-record £198m (€222m) move to Ligue 1 giants PSG.

Barcelona and Brazil star Neymar is poised to join Paris St-Germain for £198m (€222m)

He wrote: "1. Having passed his medical yesterday in Porto, PSG expect him to travel to Paris and be presented this week.

"2. €222m buy out clause will be paid but details of transfer will come out (a Qatar loan/sponsorship?) in 2018-19 when UEFA checks accounts.

"3. Neymar asked PSG this summer if last year's offer stood. City, Chelsea, MUFC also showed interest last summer but Neymar wanted only PSG.

Guillem Balague revealed all on Manchester United and Chelsea's interest in Neymar on Twitter

"4. La Liga say that they will not accept the buy out clause payment but that threat has got no legal foundation at all.

"5. FCB has identified [Philippe] Coutinho, [Antoine] Griezmann and [Ousmane] Dembele as candidates to replace him, but think the last one is at this point the most likely.

"6. Coinciding with FCB interest, [Real] R.Madrid leak they also want Dembele -sounds like a way of pushing his price up for Catalans.

"7. On top of that FCB is preparing a major coup. They want [Kylian] Mbappe. Conversations have been going on for 3 days but [Real boss, Zinedine] Zidane is trying hard too."
