The Paris St-Germain defender is currently attracting plenty of interest and could be leaving France in the coming weeks.

United have been heavily linked with the 24-year-old full-back as have Premier League rivals Chelsea and Arsenal.

Italian outlet Transfermarketweb claim that Inter Milan are now also keen on the Ivory Coast international.

And Aurier's potential suitors have been handed a boost with the reports claiming he could be available for just £16m.

Speculation last week suggested that Aurier's transfer fee could be upwards of £30m.

Snapping up the highly-rated defender over just over half that amount would be hugely appealing, especially given the bloated nature of this summer's transfer window.

Aurier is currently under contract with PSG until June 2019 and is open to leaving the French giants.

However, any deal will be highly complicated for the interested Premier League clubs with Aurier currently not allowed to enter the UK.

The ex-Toulouse ace was found guilty of assaulting a police officer in Paris last year and was subsequently banned from crossing the channel.

Aurier has appealed against his conviction in the French courts and that is set to be heard this week.

The Prem giants would need to seek clarification from the government before going forward with a potential deal.
