Manchester United star Anthony Martial has no interest in joining Inter Milan.

Martial has been linked with a loan move to the San Siro as part of any deal that brings Ivan Perisic to Old Trafford.

But the French star isn't up for a switch to Serie A.

Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri wrote on Twitter: "Martial has for now discarded the Inter option. Prefer to stay in Premier if necessary."

Martial is in his third season at United.

He top scored is his debut campaign under Louis van Gaal but failed to match that form last term under Jose Mourinho.

Jose Mourinho has made landing a new left-back his top transfer priority.

That's according to journalist Duncan Castles.

He revealed Man Utd's strategy on The Transfer Window podcast, and says Tottenham's Danny Rose is on their radar.

"Jose Mourinho is now prioritising a left-back as a way of solving some very obvious weaknesses in his squad going into his second Premier League campaign," he said.

“And Danny Rose is one of the candidates for that position."

Gary Neville says Man Utd need to add a new winger to their squad.

Asked what business United still need to do this summer, Neville said on Sky Sports: "I'd name a player similar to Arjen Robben - a wide player.

"[Marcus] Rashford did very well (against West Ham) but is he a wide player? Not really.

"I'm talking about someone who can generally play left side.

"If you could add one world-class winger to add to the squad you could say it was a complete squad…they are covered everywhere, they have such strength."
