The presenter is adamant the Chile ace will not follow in Philippe Coutinho's footsteps and try to force his way out of his club this summer.
Sanchez has less than 12 months left to run on his contract and will be available on a free at the end of the season.
Manchester City and Paris St-Germain are keen while Barcelona are trying to prise Coutinho away from Liverpool.
Coutinho has tried to take matter into this own hans, but White simply cannot see Sanchez doing the same.
He said on his talkSPORT show: "I think he'll be there, I think he will go into this new season an Arsenal player.
"I know it's all guesswork, until we actually hear definitively from him.
"He's so quiet about it, he's very quietly going about his business.
"I can't imagine any time soon the likes of Sanchez putting in a transfer request like Coutinho did the other day.
"He wouldn't go to Real Madrid, he's not going to go back to Barcelona.
"He might got to PSG or Man City or Monaco."
