Jose Mourinho has revealed he had a chat with Anthony Martial following speculation over his future.
The French forward has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford after struggling to impress last term.
But Martial has bounced back with two goals in two games this season.
And Mourinho explained: "We had a conversation about the future he has here and I think he has a good connection on the pitch with Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku.
"I think he is growing in confidence and to have two periods of 20 minutes and score two goals is good for that."
Valencia are in talks with Manchester United over a move for Andreas Pereira.
According to Sport Witness, the Spanish side have requested a loan deal for the 21-year-old midfielder.
Pereira is yet to feature in the first three fixtures of the campaign.
But Jose Mourinho is reluctant to let him leave.
Pereira impressed on loan at relegated Granada last term.
United are interested in Fulham wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon.
According to Sky Sports, the Red Devils will battle Tottenham for the 17-year-old if he becomes available.
It's claimed United would allow Sessegnon to spend the season back on loan at Craven Cottage.
However, Fulham have no interest in selling their hot prospect.
Shahid Khan is prepared to turn down big bids for Sessegnon, who broke into Slavisa Jokanovic's team last term.
