That’s the opinion of pundit Craig Burley who is sticking with his pre-season predictions.

United have started the campaign well, winning all three of their Premier League matches so far.

But in the end the Red Devils will finish down in third, according to Burley.

Tottenham have ended in second in the last two seasons but the pundit thinks they will miss out on Champions League football next season.

And he claims Manchester City are the team who will wind up winning the title this campaign.

Burley told ESPN FC: “As you know, my four could be bottom of the league as we speak and I would not be changing.

“Because I am stubborn.

“I’m happy with Man Utd in third, Liverpool squeezing in in fourth, and Man City top with Chelsea second. I mean, it probably won’t happen.

“But there’s a good bet it could be something similar.”

City face Liverpool, Arsenal play Bournemouth, Leicester host Chelsea and United travel to Stoke tomorrow in the Premier League.

Tottenham also face a tough trip to Everton.
